At Fawzan, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized products
Made-to-order creations
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly provide:

A replacement, or
A refund/store credit depending on the situation

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After production or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These unique differences are a natural part of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
